How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CourtLab.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

In CourtLab, open your profile (the avatar on Home) → Settings → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account and data?

In CourtLab, open your profile → Settings → Delete Account & Data. This deletes your account and your data on our servers and on your phone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I become a CourtLab coach?

Coaches join by invitation. Apply here with your certification details. Coaches in the US also add their USTA profile link and USTA Safe Play status. We verify every coach and email you a link to set up your account once you're approved.

CourtLab emailed me questions about my application. What now?

Open the private link in that email. It shows our questions; answer them and correct any details there (the link works for 30 days, and only the newest email's link works). Replies to the email itself aren't read.

How often do coaches renew?

Every year. We email you 30 and 7 days before your verification ends, and the coach website shows a reminder. Renew at coach.courtlab.ai/renew by confirming your certifications and Safe Play status. If it ends before a renewal is approved, your coach access pauses (your students stay linked) until we approve it.

How do I find a coach?

Browse courtlab.ai/coaches. Every coach there is checked by CourtLab every year. You ask a coach for coaching by sending a request in the CourtLab app; your email and phone number stay private, and coaches don't list theirs either.

Coaches: how do players find me?

Fill in your Directory profile (a headline, your city and country, and ideally a photo), then choose Public, In the app only, or Not listed. Requests arrive by email and under Requests.

How do I connect with my coach?

Your coach invites you and you get an email. In the CourtLab app, tap your avatar on Home → My Coaches to accept. You can disconnect from a coach there at any time.

Where is my video analyzed?

On your iPhone. Videos reach our servers only if you're signed in and video upload is on (Settings → Cloud & Sharing).
